QuickInvoice ("the App") is developed and operated by Softcore Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
Information We Do Not Collect
QuickInvoice is designed to work entirely offline on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your personal data, invoice data, client information, business details, or any other content you create within the App.
Specifically, we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. We do not collect invoice content, client details, or financial information. We do not collect usage analytics, device identifiers, or location data. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of behavioral tracking.
Local Data Storage
All data you enter in QuickInvoice, including invoices, client information, business profile details, and your business logo, is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.
Subscriptions and Payments
QuickInvoice offers optional in-app subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID information.
We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier from Apple to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or any personal information. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service used is RevenueCat for subscription management, as described above.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties. Since we do not collect any data, there is no data to share.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
